Importing new customer segmentations with .xlsx format

Step 1.

-Open "Customers"

-Click "Add New Customers"

Step 2.

-Select "Bulk Import from File"

Step 3.

- Download the template by clicking the highlighted link

Step 4.
- Fill in the customer's details

- Note: *You can add a customer, in more than one segment, like the example below:

Step 5.

- Save the template & Click "Upload File"

Step 6.

- Upload success is indicated when the file name appears.
- Click "Add Customer" as soon as your file name appears.

Step 7.

- Finally, press "F5" / Refresh the dashboard

- And 2 new segments will appear
