Rechecking sent messages

There are two methods to check unsent messages.
The first one:
1. Login to your bitCRM dashboard
2. Open "LiveChat"
3. And from there, check the message status
4. If the message does not load, it is recommended to reload or relog to the app
The second one is to check manually from your WhatsApp.
